Originally from Estonia, Piia has spent her life immersed in different cultures - giving her an international perspective that shapes how she creates meaningful, resonant experiences.
With a foundation in psychology and years at adidas, she has designed events for some of the world's most influential leaders.
She has collaborated with institutions including Harvard Business School and curated moments alongside iconic figures in sport — always with one focus: making each experience intentional and unforgettable.
Today, she brings together this global perspective and her passion for creating unique experiences through ÉLAN Concepts, designing refined and effortless moments within Mallorca’s inspiring landscapes, rich culture, and versatile spaces.
