Originally from Estonia, I’ve spent much of my life living in different countries, immersing myself in their distinct cultures and rhythms. This has shaped not only how I see the world, but also how I approach creating meaningful, resonant experiences.

With a foundation in psychology and years of corporate experience at adidas, I’ve had the privilege of creating events for some of the world’s most influential leaders.

Along the way, I’ve also collaborated with institutions such as Harvard Business School and curated moments alongside iconic figures in sport, always focused on making each interaction intentional and memorable.

Today, I bring together this global perspective and my passion for creating unique experiences through ÉLAN Concepts, designing refined and effortless moments within Mallorca’s inspiring landscapes, rich culture, and versatile spaces.
